Invite students
You add students to your studio by sending email invitations. Each invitation is tied to a single email address and links that student’s account to your roster when they accept.
Send an invitation
- Open your studio dashboard and choose Invite student.
- Enter the student’s email address. You can add several at once, one per line.
- Optionally choose a routine to assign on day one.
- Select Send invitations.
Ember emails each student a personalized link. When they sign up or sign in through that link, their account joins your roster automatically.
Track invitation status
The roster shows each invitation as Pending, Accepted, or Expired. Invitations expire after fourteen days. You can resend an expired or pending invitation at any time from the same screen.
Remove a student
To remove someone from your roster, open their entry and choose Remove from studio. This revokes your access to their progress. It does not delete the student’s account or their personal practice history, which remain theirs.
What students see
Students receive any routines and goals you assign, and they know you can view their progress. They continue to control their own practice sessions. Nothing about their daily workflow changes when they join a studio.
