Build your own routine

A routine is a set of exercises you play in order. Ember gives you ready-made routines, but you can build your own too. This is great for a warm-up that fits you.

Make a new routine

  1. Go to Library and choose Routines.
  2. Press New routine.
  3. Give it a name, like “Morning warm-up”.
  4. Add exercises one at a time. Search the list and tap each one you want.
  5. Drag the exercises to set the order.
  6. Save. Your routine is ready to play.

Play your routine

Open your routine from the Library, or add it to today’s Plan. Press Start and play down the list, just like any other routine.

Change a routine

You can edit a routine any time.

  1. Open the routine in the Library.
  2. Press Edit.
  3. Add or remove exercises, or drag them into a new order.
  4. Save.

Set how long you play

Some exercises let you set a number of reps or a time. Tap the exercise in your routine to change it. This helps you keep each practice the right length.
